About Nic.
Nic Kidston brings deep leadership and operational expertise from her experience as Co-CEO, Deputy CEO, and Director in national organisations. She combines this with a strong belief in individual strengths and the ability to inspire mission driven outcomes across teams.

She is a versatile leader and quick learner, having held organisational responsibility for most areas of strategy and operations she brings a solution focussed outcomes driven approach to co-pilot with other leaders. She brings energy, creativity and structure, adding much needed bandwidth around strategy, operations and governance for Charity CEOs.

As a coach, Nic has successfully coached Executives, middle managers in Private and Voluntary sector roles, through moments of development and change. Through her coaching, she guides individuals to challenge unhelpful beliefs, build self-awareness, and focus on what truly matters—enabling them to perform at their best and create meaningful, lasting change.
She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, is awaiting the award of her PGCert in Coaching for Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, and is a Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach with EMCC Global. She undertakes monthly supervision to ensure best practice and continued development.​
